Zinc Die Casting Dies
We specialize in 4X4 and 4X8 zinc die casting dies cust
in s7 steel. Flat back or matched dies to your specs.
We will also drill and tap to your specs to fit your shoe.
Steel Striking Dies and Trim Tools
Cut to your specs and to whatever degree of modeling
you need. We offer hand cut pantographed dies and EDM'd
dies.
Contract Casting, Striking
If you prefer to have us supply raw castings or strikings
to you we will be happy to provide you with a quote. We
can use material to your specs. We cast in zinc and pewter
(all grades) and we maintain stock of brass and nickel
silver for striking. If you require a custom alloy - we
will work with our foundry to accomodate your needs. This
option is a popular choice for other manufacturers who
wish to outsource parts of their own operations.
Contract Finishing
We have a fully staffed finishing department and offer
hand polishing, satin finishes, vibratory finishes,
sandblasting and more.
